Continuing your orthopedic care
Dr. Meisles, Dr. Hennessy and Dr. O’Connor are continuing to practice in the area and would welcome the opportunity to care for your orthopedic needs. Their new practice locations and contact information are:

Your medical records
After November 16, 2026, your health records from Orthopedic Specialists will be transferred to Morgan Records Management, LLC (the “Records Custodian”). The Records Custodian will continue to maintain your records in accordance with applicable confidentiality and security standards and with other applicable laws. Your records will be destroyed no less than 10 years after the last date of services you received from Orthopedic Specialists.
You can request your medical records from Morgan Records Management now. Morgan Records Management is accepting records requests while it takes over the records. All medical records requests are handled by Morgan; please contact Morgan Records Management directly, not Orthopedic Specialists. You may submit a request online, by email, or by phone:

- In accordance with applicable state law, you may be charged for the copying and transmittal of the records.
