Dr. Meisles is an orthopedic surgeon who graduated from Rush University Medical School in 1986 and founded Orthopedic Specialists in 1991. He has been recognized as one of the top orthopedic surgeons by U.S. News and World Report, Chicago Magazine, and West Suburban Living. Dr. Meisles is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and The American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. Apart from his clinical practice, he teaches new techniques in hip and knee replacement surgery and works as an expert consultant with several orthopedic implant manufacturers. Chicago Magazine has recognized him as one of Chicago’s top sports medicine doctors, and he continues to treat fractures and provide general orthopedic care. Dr. Meisles enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, skiing, and traveling. He has been happily married to Dr. Lynn Meisles, a rheumatologist, for 35 years, and they have three children.
